Dust reduction function operation

The dust reduction function is automatically activated when the camera is turned on. Ultrasonic

vibrations are used to remove dust and dirt from the image pickup device’s filter surface. The SSWF

(Super Sonic Wave Filter) indicator blinks while dust reduction is working.

Adjust the viewfinder’s diopter in accordance with

your vision.

While looking through the viewfinder, rotate the

diopter adjustment dial little by little.

When you can see the AF target clearly,

adjustment is complete.

When the camera is turned on,

the battery check is displayed

on the control panel.
